Arizona Peace Trail – Day 1 – Salome to Dateland

Hi folks!

Dave and Janice back with you on another off-roading adventure. In this video we start a 6 day/7 night, 750+ mile trip along the Arizona Peace Trail (AZPT) along with our friend, Michel.

The Arizona Peace Trail is an Off-Highway Vehicle Trail in Western Arizona, running between Yuma in the south and Bullhead City to the north. The trail features a variety of recreation opportunities for off-roading enthusiasts. The trail system loops through Yuma, La Paz and Mojave counties.

We started the loop in Salome, Arizona. On the first day of riding, we work our way down to Dateland to grab some fuel as well as a date flavoured milkshake. Yummy! We encountered several attractions along the way before finding a quiet place in the desert to set up camp for the night.
