Thunder Bay – Eagle Canyon Suspension Bridges

Hi. Dave and Janice back with you for Part 2 of our stay in Thunder Bay, Ontario. In the last episode we visited Kakabeka Falls. Now we take you to Eagle Canyon to check out their suspension bridges. There are two bridges that cross the canyon. One is about 300 feet long and the other is about 600 feet long. And no, we did not see a single eagle while we were there 🙂 But the scenery is spectacular and the bridges are quite amazing. As you may know, Janice is deathly afraid of heights so this was as much of a challenge for her as was conquering the zip lines in Virginia Beach. But she was a champ and pushed through the fear.

Check out Eagle Canyon Adventures here (we are not affiliated).

We stayed almost exclusively in Boondockers Welcome sites on this trip and can’t say enough good things about the service. We met some really wonderful hosts and stayed at some amazing properties. If you want to learn more about Boondockers Welcome or you are considering joining, we would appreciate it if you would click on the Boondockers Welcome image at the bottom of this page as it will help support our channel at no cost to you.

Please support our channel by making purchases through our gear pages. We only list items that we recommend from experience. Again, there is no additional cost to you in doing so.

Another way you can help out is, if you are going to be buying anything on amazon, start by clicking on the following link first, then go and buy whatever you’re looking for. Again, there is no additional cost to you but it helps us out greatly.
